An opinion from a customer about our floppy to USB reader drive

Today we sold two floppy to USB drives for Tajima machines, and this is what the customer said about this floppy drive replacement solution:

9:27:18 AM: Andrew Richards:
Need to buy two more drives
9:27:33 AM: Jorge:
okay, do you know the models?

9:28:01 AM:
Andrew Richards:
Yeah, they're both Tajima embroidery machines. One is a TMEX, the other is a TFHX

9:28:39 AM:
Andrew Richards:
They both appear to have the 34 pin + 4 pin cable configurations
9:30:02 AM: Andrew Richards:
I have to say, we just upgraded our two head just last week, and LOVE IT

9:30:15 AM:
Jorge:
    excellent!

9:30:34 AM:
Andrew Richards:
We had tried Tajima's "official" USB LINKER device.

9:30:37 AM:
Andrew Richards:
    Total garbage

9:31:25 AM:
Andrew Richards:
    This thing:

9:31:31 AM:
Jorge:
    I know.

9:31:53 AM:
Andrew Richards:
We returned it. Super slow, hard to use, and it, for some reason, would not allow the uploaded file to trace

9:32:47 AM:
Andrew Richards:
Did I mention it's about the size of a Nintendo Wii?

9:32:56 AM:
Andrew Richards:
Where are you supposed to put that thing?

9:33:31 AM:
Jorge:
I know it is ridiculous...we have seen it before...

9:34:25 AM:
Andrew Richards:
Ugh. Anyway, if you're ever looking for a referral, have them give us a call. Your drive emulator is a perfect solution. Our Wilcom embroidery software even allows you to save to the usb in the exact same method as the floppy, which meant ZERO learning curve for our production staff
